Company Profile

KelCon Technologies was founded in January of 2000 with Stacie Addison as our Business Manager. We had one other full-time employee Chris Miller who worked with me as a field service technician. The three of us had worked together at a company that I tried to purchase. When that effort failed we left to start our own support company.

KelCon was named after my two children, my oldest daughter Kelby and my son Connor.

We operated our office out of Stacie's basement until the summer of 2009 when we moved into an office building at 5830 Woodson in Mission, Kansas.

Our business goal is to become the IT department for small to medium size buisnesses that do not have, and do not need, a full time computer technician on staff. We assist with day-to-day operations of the individual computers and the network. We also provide website and email hosting services.

With the advances in technology more and more of our customers want to stay connected with their businesses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have met these demands by providing several different remote work place options for people to be able to work away from the office. We also have expertise and knowledge with a wide variety of smart phones, and can offer solutions for Blackberry, Treo and Windows Mobile phones.

We take great pride and a sense of ownership of all of the computer networks we manage. Our philosophy is to treat each customer's network as if it was our own.

We immediately became a Microsoft Certified Partner and have been one the entire duration of KelCon's existence. When Microsoft began offering the Small Business Specialist designation in 2006, we were one of the first companies in the metropolitan area to achieve the designation.
